1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the okbag platform and all related services. By registering an account on okbag or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using okbag's services.

okbag reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

okbag's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration. If it is later found that you are under the required age, your account will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must have the legal capacity to create a valid personal account.
If you have a previously banned or closed account on okbag, you are not permitted to open a new account.
Each person may operate only one account.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering on okbag, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and the balance in the account may be forfeited.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. okbag will not be held responsible if this information is shared with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification

okbag may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Documents such as a national ID card or passport may need to be provided before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Specific limits and policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on okbag. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the owner of the payment account and the okbag account must be the same person.
Deposits are generally credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (per method).
Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before withdrawal.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, okbag may temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okbag offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Taking bonus benefits from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only.
okbag reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of misuse is found.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

okbag's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on regular activity on the platform. Cashback amounts will be added to the account on a set day each week. Terms and conditions may also apply to cashback credits, which will be communicated separately.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

okbag is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
Using an account for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
Selling, transferring, or leasing an account.
Operating multiple accounts using fraudulent information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all winnings will be forfeited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11.1 Account Closure by okbag

okbag may temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
Suspicious money laundering activity.
Misconduct toward staff.

11.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for standard reasons, verified real-money funds will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

okbag reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
